Finally, here is a Lebanese film by and about women that doesn't talk about war. This intimate romantic comedy follows the lives of five colorful women, both Muslim and Christian, that intersect at a beauty shop in Beirut. With a wonderful ensemble cast, this film was a major hit in Lebanon because of its authentic portrayal of women.
